Men's Lacrosse Checks In At No. 10 In NEILA Poll

KEENE, N.H. - In the second week of The New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (NEILA) weekly poll, the Keene State men's lacrosse program checks in at No. 10. 

Keene State has started the 2018 campaign with an overall 1-2 record and is the only state and Little East Conference (LEC) member school ranked in the NEILA top-10 poll. 

The Owls are currently led by senior Hunter Arnold with eight goals and five assists, followed by senior Paul Beling with six goals and four assists. On the defensive end, juniors JJ Downey and Charles Molloy IV have each caused five turnovers, while freshman Matthew Lemke leads the team with 19 ground balls and has won 42-of-78 face-offs. Between the pipes, senior Mathew Howe has started every game and has racked up 38 saves. 

Keene State will continue their non-conference play with a trip down to Orlando, Fla., as the Owls will take on Nichols on Monday, March 12th at 5:00 p.m., before battling with Hamilton on Wednesday, March 14th at 7:00 p.m. Follow along here.
