McIntosh, Lovering Picked to All-LEC Second Team

PAWTUCKET, R.I.--Keene State College sophomore defender Isaiah Lovering and freshman midfielder Wesley McIntosh were both named to the All-LEC Second Team, the conference office has announced.

McIntosh (Bedford, N.H.) appeared in 15 games, starting nine for the Owls.  He scored five goals and set up one more, finishing as the teams' third leading scorer.  He notched the winning goal against UMass Dartmouth on September 19, and scored in three straight games against Worcester State, Plymouth State, and Southern Maine from October 3-10, and set up the winner against Western Connecticut State on October 13.  McIntosh was the LEC Rookie of the Week for September 15.

Lovering (Henniker, N.H.) started every single game for Keene State, serving as a team captain.  He led the Owls to nine shutouts while leading the back line, while netting three goals, including two against Rivier and another against Castleton.  He was named Defensive Player of the Week twice, on both September 10 and October 22.
