Keene State soccer alums honored in their community

KEENE, N.H. 4/16/12 – Keene State College alums Hal Shortsleeve ’73 and Klaus Weber ’75 couldn’t have come from more diverse backgrounds. Weber is originally from Olten, Switzerland, while Shortsleeve grew up in the small town of Proctor, Vermont.
Keene State Claims Presidents Cup

NORTH DARTMOUTH, Mass. – Keene State College is the top academic institution in the Little East Conference, according to the 2010-11 Presidents Cup standings released by the conference office this afternoon. The Owls sported a cumulative grade point average of 3.06 to outdistance themselves from Eastern Connecticut State University (2.96).

KEENE, N.H. 1/27/12 - Keene State College sophomore forward Scott Douglas (East Greenwich, R.I.) has earned the Little East Conference Golden Ball Award for scoring the most goals in the league this season.

It’s also great in the sense that most of your friends are less than two minutes away and you don’t have to put a coat on or go outside.
