    Chris Coates '04, Meghan McLoughlin '05 Selected To Little East Conference Hall of Fame PAWTUCKET, R.I.--Keene State College athletic greats Chris Coates '02 and Meghan McLoughlin '05 will be inducted into the Little East Conference Hall of Fame, LEC Commissioner Cora H. Brumley announced today. The two are part of a 12 member class that will be inducted at the Providence Marriott Hotel on October 23.

    Top Seeded Owls Knocked Out Of LEC Tourney With Losses To Western Conn. State, UMass Boston KEENE, N.H.--The Keene State College softball team was eliminated from the Little East Conference tournament with a pair of losses on Saturday at Owl Athletic Complex. The top seed Owls fell to Western Connecticut State, 4-3, in eight innings, then dropped a 1-0 decision to UMass Boston in a must-win game.

    Owls Split With Huskies; KSC Takes First LEC Title Since 2004 GORHAM, Maine--For the first time in 12 years, the Keene State College softball team are the regular season champions of the Little East Conference. The Owls won their third LEC regular season title with a 1-0 win in the opener of an LEC doubleheader at the University of Southern Maine. The Huskies took the second game 3-2.

UMD rallied for a 4-3 win in nine innings in the nightcap.
