Freshman goalie who will learn the college game playing behind senior Megan Dempsey this fall…height is deceiving… will step up and challenge bigger players…also as quick as lightening…with the jumping ability to cover the net and handle the high balls. 

Before KSC:  Comes to Keene State from North Salem (N.Y.) High where she was a four-year varsity and three-year starter on Tiger soccer team…earned All-League and All-Section honors and was named Section MVP as a senior….junior and senior teams were Section I Class B champs…finished senior season with 99 saves…made a career high 33 saves against Class A John Jay High School….also earned All-League and honorable mention All-section on Tiger lacrosse team.

Personal:  Comes from athletic family, dad Bill played rugby at Dennison, step-mom Mary-Jane Acito Crenson ran cross country and track at St. Lawrence…older sisters Cate and Elizabeth played soccer at the University of Albany….Cate was a varsity goalie while Elizabeth was on the club team….step-brother Jake runs cross country and track at North Salem High….has been snowboarding since third grade...Torrie plans to major in psychology and minor in criminal justice.
