    PAWTUCKET, R.I. – When Keene State College hired Jack Fabian in 2005 to lead its swimming and diving program, the Owls were in a middle of a championship drought, having not won the Little East Conference Championship in three years. Coach Fabian quickly ended the drought by guiding the women’s swimming and diving program to the 2006 LEC Championship in his first season.
