Colarullo, Brandeberry, Hayes All Star as NEISDA Wraps Up

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--George Colarullo, Katie Brandeberry, and Sophie Hayes all won events as the New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Association Championships concluded at the Alumni Pool at MIT on Sunday.

Women's Highlights

Brianna Feldman was fourth in the three meter dive, scoring 293.25.  Sophie Hayes won the 200 fly in 2:11.25, and Katie Brandeberry did the same in the 100 IM in 1:00.53.  Samantha Dickinson was fourth in the 100 free in 54.73, and was part of the 400 free relay team with Brandeberry, Molly O'Connor, and Kristyn Simoneau that finished second in 3:37.48.  The Owls finished in fourth place with 1,018 points.

Men's Highlights

George Colarullo won the three meter board, with a score of 395.90.  Quint Kimmel added a fifth place finish in the 1,650, in 17:24.40, and Zach Payne was second in the 50 backstroke in 24.64, as well as second in the 200 fly in 1:57.52.  Eric King was second in the 100 IM in 54.07.  KSC ended the competition in sixth place with 397 points.
