Maggie Fitter, Junior, Women's Track and Field

Maggie Fitter had a very productive weekend for the Keene State College women’s track team.  On Friday, the junior from Branford, Conn.  posted an NCAA provisional time in the 800-meter run this past weekend at the Larry Ellis Invitational, hosted by Princeton University., completing the distance in a time of two minutes, 14.95 seconds.

She returned to New England on Saturday and won the 1,500 at the Springfield Invitational with a winning time of 4:46.86.

Fitter was also recognized as the Little East Conference female track athlete of the week.
