NCAA Track and Field Championship: Walsh places 11th in 3,000-meter Steeplechase Final

CLAREMONT, CA.  5/26/12  - Keene State College's Andrea Walsh finished 11th in the finals of the 3,000-meter steeplechase event  at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Claremont-Nidd-Scripps College in California  on Saturday.

The senior from Bolton, Conn.placed 11th in the race with a time of 10:55.97.  It was Walsh's second try at earning All-America honors.  She finished 13th at last year's meet.
