Senior looking to overcome a series of injuries and have a productive cross country and track season for the Owls... begins her second season with the team looking to improve on her best times....main event on the track in the 5K race....placed third (20:01.15)  in the event at the 2008 LEC outdoor championships...had a time of 3:31.80 in the 1,000-meter race at the 2008 conference indoor meet...Before KSC: a four-year competitor at East Hampton (Conn.) High where she earned most improved and All-Conference in cross country as a junior...Cara is an elementary education major.
