As a Sophomore (2016-17)
Gravallese ran in five cross country meets as a sophomore, finishing with a personal best 5K time of 20:48 at the LEC Championship.
Gravallese’s strongest performances as a sophomore came on the track, though, helping the 4x200 meter, 4x400 meter and 4x800m relay teams to place fifth, first and third respectively at the Indoor LEC Championship. She also ran a strong leg on the number two all-time 4x400 meter relay team at the Indoor NEICAAA Championship (3:59.21). She closed the indoor season at the ECAC Championship by helping the 4x200 meter relay team set a school record with a time of 1:48.44.
As a Freshman (2015-16)
Gravallese ran in three cross country races as a freshman with her best performance at the LEC Championships, where she placed 33rd.
On the track, Gravallese had a strong first season. At the Indoor LEC Championships, she helped the 4x800 meter relay team to a first place finish and was third in the 800 meter run. At the Outdoor LEC Championships, she helped 4x800 meter and 4x400 meter relay teams to first and fourth place finishes respectively and was fourth in the 800 meter run. A couple of weeks later at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championships, she set a personal best 800 meter time of 2:23.35. The following week at the ECAC Championship, she helped the 4x800 meter relay team to a fifth place finish and school record of 9:20.35.
Before Keene State
A four year member of the Merrimack High School varsity cross country and track & field teams, Gravallese has run 1:02.60 for 400 meters, 1:45.84 for 600 meters, 2:23:48 for 800 meters and 21:15 for 5K cross country.
