KEENE, N.H. - There are four chances to catch Keene State College home athletic contests this week, with men's soccer scheduled for two games on the newly-dedicated Dr. Ron Butcher Field.  Volleyball and field hockey also host midweek games before traveling over the weekend.

Men's Soccer

It's a three-game week for men's soccer, who first will visit Lasell University for a Monday afternoon (September 23) game that starts at 3:30 p.m.  Two home games follow, with KSC matching up against Clark University on Wednesday, September 25 at 6:30 p.m. and Bowdoin College on Sunday, September 29 at 1:00 p.m.  The Owls (5-1-0) dedicated their soccer field to Dr. Ron Butcher last Saturday while also winning their conference opener 3-1 over Rhode Island College, limiting the Anchormen to two shots in the game.

Volleyball

KSC volleyball will have a home Tuesday game for the second week in a row, as they welcome Worcester State University on September 24 at 7:00 p.m.  The Owls then travel to Northampton, Mass. for a tri-match with Babson College and Smith College on Saturday, September 28 beginning at 2:00 p.m.  The Beavers were ranked No. 21 in the latest AVCA Top 25 poll.

Women's Soccer

The Owls wrap up their five-game road trip with a pair of road games against MASCAC opponents this week.  KSC first travels to Worcester State University on Tuesday, September 24 for a 7:00 p.m. start before going to Bridgewater State University on Thursday, September 26.  Kick-off is at 4:00 p.m.

Field Hockey

Field hockey has two Little East Conference contests on the slate this week, with Castleton University visiting on Wednesday, September 25 at 6:30 p.m.  KSC and the Spartans played twice late last year.  Castleton won 5-4 in double overtime in the final regular season game at Owl Athletic Complex to clinch the top seed for the conference tournament, but the Owls returned the favor and took the Little East championship game 2-1 in Vermont.  Keene State hits the road over the weekend, visiting Eastern Connecticut State University on Saturday, September 28 at 12:00 p.m.
