Momnie and MacKay Named ECAC Lax All-Stars

'KEENE, N.H. 6/2/05 - Keene State College's Eric Momnie and Meade MacKay have been named to the 2005 ECAC Division III New England All-Star team. Both players were second-team selections.

 

 

Momnie, a senior attack player from South Windsor, Conn., topped the Owls in scoring with 49 goals, 18 assists, and 67 points. He completed his career as KSC's all-time leader in goals (158) and points (240).

 

 

MacKay, a Stratham, N.H. native, finished second on the team in scoring with 20 goals, a team-high 33 assists, and 53 points.  The senior midfielder set a KSC career record with 97 assists.

 

 

Finishing its season with a 10-5 (6-0 LEC) record, Keene State claimed its first LEC Championship and made its initial appearance in the NCAA Tournament this spring.
