• 24 Spring Student-Athletes Earn LEC All-Academic Honors

    NORTH DARTMOUTH, Mass. 7/15/2010 –The Little East Conference office announced its annual Little East Spring All-Academic teams, honoring student-athletes in the sports of baseball, men’s and women’s lacrosse, softball, men’s tennis, and men’s and women’s outdoor track and field.

For the men, junior Bryan Kolacz (Brentwood, N.H.) won the hammer event and Paige Mills (Keene, N.H.) and Amy Knoblock (Plymouth, Mass.) led the women with NCAA provisional times in the 5k and 1500 respectively.

Keene State College earned three major awards with junior Bryan Kolacz (Brentwood, N.H.) repeating as the men’s field athlete of the year. Junior Allison Chamberlain (Scarborough, Me.) and freshman Maggie Fitter (Branford, Conn) were selected women’s track athlete and rookie track athletes of the year respectively.
