CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--Several members of the Keene State College track and field team competed at the multi-division New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association Championships at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology on Saturday.
Alex Magoon was 15th overall in the javelin and second amongst Division III competitors with a throw of 51.67 meters.
Eric Dietz set a new season best in the 400 meter dash in 50.47, and was also part of the 4x400 meter relay with Quentin Bazarnicki, James Stergis Cox, and Devin Sanford that finished in 3:26.15.
Dominique Pascoal was 14th overall in the women's javelin, and third amongst Division III competitors, throwing 36.73 meters, while Kait Wheeler set a new season best in the 5,000 meters in 17:50.97, good for 12th overall.
Markoe, Katelyn Terry, Lindsey Terry, and Allison Brady ran the 4x400 meter relay in 4:00.29.
The Owls conclude the season at the ECAC Championships at Springfield College on May 14.
