ROXBURY, Mass. – A small contingent of Keene State College men's and women's cross country athletes competed at historic Franklin Park on a warm and sunny morning at the New England Inter-Collegiate Amateur Athletic Association Championship.
Men's Race
Junior Matt Dudley represented the Owls placing 128th with a time of 27:50.
Women's Race
The women's team, comprised of eight freshman girls and one junior, placed 19th and was led by freshman Christina Martin who placed 131st (21:39). Junior Alana Olendorf was close behind placing 139th with a finishing time of 21:52. The top five was rounded out by freshman Laura Dawson (22:16), Mila Barrera (22:24) and Emma Brown (23:33).
Other KSC runners included freshmen Abby Touchet (23:51), Alexis Cooke (24:12), Emmy Ehrenstein (24:51) and Chloe Page (25:00).
The Owls will be back in action this coming weekend on October 14 when they travel to Waterford, Connecticut to compete at the Connecticut College Invitational.
