KINGSTON, R.I.--Record walls all over New England will need some re-writing.  Keene State College senior Ryan Boraski set new KSC, facility, and competition records at the New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Association Championships over the weekend at the Tootell Aquatic Center.

Meet Highlights

• Boraski set the new marks in the 100 free, winning in a time of 44.10.  That broke his own school mark of 44.24, and the meet record of 44.78 seconds, set by John Young of Williams College back in 1997.  The facility record had stood even longer, with the time of 44.72 set in 1990 by Brian McIver from the University of Massachusetts.
• Jake Driscoll captured the 3-meter dive with a score 368.70, edging past Roger Williams' Josh Seabrook by .30.
• Sophie Hayes won the 200 fly with a time of 2:12.49, while Hope Walsh also won the 1,650 in 17:24.48, while Rachel MacKinnon was third in 18:17.44.
• Boraski was also part of another win with Kyle Shadeck, Graham Lott, and Eric King in the 400 free relay, touching in at 3:08.32.  King also took second in the 100 IM in 54.25.
• Katie Brandeberry and Sydney McGough swam the 50 yard backstroke in 28.65 and 28.84, respectively, the sixth and eighth fastest times in KSC history.
• The Owl men were fourth with 482 pints, while the women were third with 1,118 points.  Roger Williams won both team titles.
• The meet closed out the season for most of the Owls; Driscoll will move on to competition at the NCAA Diving Regional at MIT on February 24-25.  Those who have qualified for the full NCAA Championship will compete from March 15-18 at the Conroe Natatorium in Shenandoah, Texas.
