2014: Ran a 27:37 at the KSC Invitational, placing 13th overall, posted a season best time of 26:07 at the Dartmouth Cross Country invitational, placed 7th (27:26) in the LEC Championship qualifying for the NCAA Division III New England Region Cross Country Championship where he ran a 27:32.
2013: Posted season best time of 26:30 at the Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational, 18th (27:04) at LEC Cross Country Championship meet.
2012-13: Cross Country: Placed 12th at KSC Invitational with a time of 27:56….posted PR time of 27:49 at the Little East championship…Indoor Track: Finished second in the 5K (16:05.71) at the LEC Championship…Outdoor Track: Placed third in the 5K (15:49.38) at the LEC Championship…qualified for the 10K race (33:19.37) at the New England Division III Championship and the All-New England Championships (33:47.97)…set PR in 10K (33:14.09) at Springfield Invitational.
Before KSC: Attended Taconic High School where he was a two-time All-Berkshire County runner… set a PR of 17:04 in the 5K…finished fifth at Berkshire County Championship…also a member of the cross country and ski teams in high school…Mark is an exercise science major.
