Junior (2017): Finished fourth, the highest on the team, at the Little East Championships, running the 8K course in 25:53 (10/28)…ran the NCAA regional race in 27:14.7 (11/11)…Sophomore (2016): Placed sixth at the Keene State College Invitational with a time of 26:15.2...Placed sixth at the LEC Championships running a personal best time of 25:51.4...Freshman (2015): Finished eighth overall at the LEC Championships, in 26:52.2...placed 87th overall in 26:22.0 at the New England Regional Cross Country Championships...Before KSC: A native of Somalia, attended Deering High School in Portland Maine where he won the Western Maine Class A Cross Country championship and finished third at the State championship as a senior.
