Versatile and talented newcomer to Keene State track team….will compete in weight throw, shot put, javelin and discus…has improved her shot put technique….new to the weight throw, but a quick learner.

Before KSC:  A three-sport athlete at White Mountain Regional (N.H.) High School, who also competed on school’s basketball and field hockey teams as well as the track team…earned All-State honors as a junior in senior in track…won State (Division III) championship in the shot as a senior….as a junior won State title in discus and placed second in shot….junior team captured State crown in women’s basketball…Karissa is considering criminal justice or psychology as possible majors.
