Prolific senior runner looking to complete her KSC career in style by earning All-America honors on the trails and the track this season…will be a top contender for regional honors in cross country and in the track, running the mid-distance races and a leg of the DMR.

2010:  Cross Country: LEC runner of the year who became the eighth All-American in Keene State women''s cross country program history, covering the Wartburg course in a time of 21:18 to place fifth overall in the national individual standings… qualified for an at-large berth into the national championship after placing second in the NCAA Northeast Regional Championship (21:49.7)..Established a new course record at Moore State Park—site of the 2010 Alliance/ Little East Championships--crossing the finish line with a winning time of 18:06…earned All-Alliance and All-Little East honors for her performance on the traditionally grueling course. .. was the first runner to cross the finish line at the UMass Dartmouth and Keene State Invitationals….Track: Indoors: Raced to All-American honors running the anchor leg of KSC’s DMR team that placed third (11:50.99) at NCAAs…also qualified for nationals in the 5K…the Owls'' quartet posted an NCAA automatic qualifying time (11:52.10) at the New England Open Championships at Boston University….secured a NCAA berth in the 5K with a fourth place finish (17:06.66) at ECAC meet…placed sixth in the mile (5:09.45) at the New England Division III meet…a member of winning 4x800 relay and finished second in the mile at LEC Alliance championship.

2009-10 Cross Country: overcame freshman injuries to have a super sophomore season, earning LEC runner of the year honors…named LEC runner of the week with her fourth place finish (18:06) at UMass-Dartmouth Invitational..placed fifth (18:20) at Saratoga Invitational and second (19:03) at LEC championships…earned an at-large NCAA berth with a sixth place performance at New England Regional meet…Track:  Outdoors, won the 5,000 race  at the LEC Championships in a meet record time of 18:24.08…placed fifth in the 5k (18:20.08) at New England Division III meet, earning LEC runner of the week honors…finished third in the 5,000 race (17:57.73) at the ECAC Division III championship.

2008-09 Cross Country:  won the UMass-Dartmouth sub-varsity race (18:57) and placed 12th (19:48) at the KSC Invitational...ran 10:34 at the New England championships...Track:  ran a 1,500-meter time of 5:33.90 at Trinity Bantam meet...

Before KSC: Earned all-State cross country honors as a sophomore at Keene High before spending a year at the Windsor (Vt.) School, where she was one-mile and two-mile state champ ... returned to Keene High and posted best time (19:30) at Meet of Champions... senior team won Class L title, finished second at the Meet of Champions and placed fifth in New England ... top two-mile time was 11:55.
