Biography
Begins second season running cross country the Owls afterjoining the Keene State track team as a transfer from the Collegeof Charleston….enjoys running longer distances….willcompete in the mile, 3K and 5K on the track…looking toimprove her times and enjoy her first season on the trails.
2010-11: Finished seventh (20:41.27) in the5000m at New England Alliance meet… posted a PR time of20:02.17 in the 5000m at the UMass-Amherst Invitational and a PR inthe 1,500 (5:31.47) at the George Davis Invitational...ran a seasonbest time of 11:43.26 in the 3000m at George DavisInvitational.
Before KSC: Transferred to Keene Stateafter spending fist semester of freshman year at the College ofCharleston…attended Conant (N.H.) High where she raced inthe mile and 800 events….placed sixth in the 1,600 (5:43.22)and a member of fourth place 4x800 relay (10:58.43) at ClassM&S Championship…qualified for the outdoor Meet ofChampions as a senior…also danced at an academy inPeterborough.
Personal: Mother Dana played field hockeyat Bentley College…Marie is a communications major.
