Senior runner looking forward to a breakout season for theOwls on the trails and one the track…will compete in the800, mile and DMR on the track.

2010:  Cross Country: Earned All-LEChonors with her fifth place finish with a PR time of 19:26 at theConference championship…Owls’ fourth-runner (23:46) atNew England Regional meet.  2010-11 Track:Had a super sophomore season on the track…named All-Americanafter running the third leg of KSC’s DMR team that finishedthird at the NCAA championships…raced to All-ECAC honorswith her fourth place finish in the mile (5:01.24)…earnedAll-New England open recognition as a member of Owl DMR squad and4x800 team that set a school record (9:16.72)…member ofLECchampion 4x400 relay team…received All-New EnglandDivision III honors with her third place performance in the 800(2:18.24) and raced to the LEC championship in the 800 (2:21.90)and the mile (5:16.01)…earned All-LEC honors outdoors withher third place finish in the 1,500 (4:51.91) and All-Alliancehonors with her fifth place effort (2:23.35) in the 800.

2009: Cross Country: Madesteady improvements on the trail….posted a season best timeof 19:39.55 at the Saratoga Invitational, earning LEC runner of theweek honors…placed eighth at the LEC championships (20:11),named All-Alliance and was the Owls’ fourth runner at theNCAA regionals…Track: 2009-10: Named LECrookie indoor runner of the year….posted her personal bestin the 800-meter run in the preliminary heat at the 2010 NewEngland Open Championships 2:16.28…earned All-New EnglandDivision III (fifth/800)…won the mile, second in the 800,and on winning 4x400 relay at LEC championships…(Outdoors)won the 800-meter event at Westfield Invitational…At LECmeet, won the  800 and was third in the 1,500.

Before KSC: Took her first steps on the trailsafter competing on her Branford (Conn.) High soccer team the pastfour years...ran the 400 and 800-meter races and relays on highschool track team...2009 sprint medley relay won Class M StateChampionship and placed second at open state meet…outdoors,won 800 and a member of 4x800 relay team that won the State (ClassMM) title.

Personal:  Older sister Elizabeth recentlygraduated from UNH where she ran track for a year and ahalf…younger brother Brian plays golf at BranfordHigh…Maggie is a communications major.
