As A Senior (2019)

• Named LEC Runner of the Year for the second consecutive season
• Took first place in two events on the season, including the Little East Conference Championships, as well as the Keene State College XC Invitational
• Ran to third place at the Western New England University XC Invitational finishing with a career best time of 22:11.4
• Named to the Director of Athletics Honor Roll

As A Junior (2018)

• Coming off of an extremely successful fall season, taking first place in 4 out of the 7 events that she competed in including the 2018 Smith College XC Invitational, the Keene State College Invitational, the Bowdoin College Invitational, and the Little East Conference Championships
• Ran her career best 6K in the first place win at the Bowdoin College Invitational (10/13) with a time of 22:29
• Perkowski also improved her 5K time by over a minute (from 19:58) to 18:46

• Finished 45th at the Little East Conference Championships, running the 5K course in 22:19 (10/28)
• Ran a 22:23 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational (9/16)

• Perkowski competed in a full slate of meets for the Owls with her best performance coming at the LEC Cross Country Championship where she placed 21st with a time of 19:58

• Perkowski, a four year varsity member of Southington High School’s cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field teams, was an all-conference cross country runner in 2013 and 2014
• She’s the school record holder in the 3200 meter and 4x800 meter relay and won cross country MVP in 2013 and 2014
