Biography

Newcomer to the program who will foucs his attention on pitching after playing shortstop and being on the mound in high school...will get his college career started playing with the Owls'' junior varsity team this season...a dedicated pitcher who will try to keep the ball down and get ground balls.

Before KSC:  Attended Mount St. Charles (Mass.) High School where he played three season of varsity ball....played shortstop when not on the mound....sophomore and junior teams won state championships....played two years on school''s hockey team....father John got a contract from the St. Louis Cardinals...younger brother Andrew plays baseball at Mount Charles....Collins is an English major.
