Junior runner with the potential to help the Owls on the trails and track this season…will compete in the 5K on the track…Cross country: 2009: posted a season best time of 28:25 at UMass-Dartmouth (JV) race…2008: top time of 28:17 came at the LEC Alliance championship...Track:  2009-10: outdoors, finished fifth in the 5K (16:28.54) at the Springfield Invitational and placed 11th in the 10K (36;10.18) at the LEC Alliance meet…Before KSC: competed six years on Monson (Mass.) High track and cross country teams...broke school record (14:44) on home course...received coaches award...competed in the mile and pole vault event with track program...Adam is a graphic design major.
