Biography
2014: Ran an 18:22 at the Williams College Purple Valley XC Invite 5k course, placed 25th (29:17) overall at the LEC/ Alliance Cross Country Championship meet.
2013: Came in 34th overall (29:20) in the KSC Invitational, ran a 28:53 at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational and posted a season best time of 28:18 at the LEC/ Alliance Cross Country Championship.
2012-2013: Cross Country: Adjusted to runner the longer 5K distance, finishing 26th at KSC Invitational with a time of 29:57….Track: Raced in a variety of events, posting a time of 1:34.70 in the 600 and a 2:15.82 at Smith College and a 4:54.21 mile at Dartmouth….Outdoor Track: placed fifth in the 10K (37:38.27) at the LEC Championships….had a mile time of 4:53.68 at Conn. College.
Before KSC: Came to Keene State from Cheshire (Conn.) High School where he ran four years of cross country and outdoor track and three seasons of indoor track….senior cross country team finished second on the tough Wickham Invitational course….began running long distance races at Cheshire High before moving to mid-distance events….qualified for State Championship in the 200 and 400….father (Donn) played Division I basketball at Central Connecticut State...Adam is a computer science major...
