Biography
As A Junior (2019)
- Ran in two meets on the season for the Owls, including the Early Bird Invitational at KSC, placing 45th in the event
- Named to the Director of Athletics Honor Roll
As A Sophomore (2018)
- A runner of both the 5K and 8K
- Finished at a career best 17:22 at the Rust-buster Invitational at Keene State 2018 (5K) (9/1) taking 8th place
- Ran a 28:03 for the 8K at UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational (9/15)
As A Freshman (2017)
- Finished 12th at the Little East Championships in his rookie season, running the 8K in 26:25
- Ran 27:15.4 for 8K at the NCAA Division III New England Regional (11/11)
Before KSC
- Giordano was instrumental in the success of Glens Falls High School’s cross country team in his junior and senior year
- In 2015, he helped his team to the Class C Section 2 title and qualified and participated in the New York State Championship
- In 2016, he led Glens Falls to the first Foothills championship in 39 years, qualified for Class B states as an individual and helped his team to a win in the Class B New York State Championship
- He holds personal bests of 16:05.9 for three miles and 17:08.5 for 5K cross country
