Senior hoping to recover from nagging Achilles injury and be a major factor for the Owls on the trails and track this season...Cross Country: 2009:  raced to the lead of Keene State’s pack last fall, earning All-Region and All-LEC honors…strong junior season included a second place finish at the LEC championships (26:14), a third place performance at the KSC Invitational (26:08), a fourth place showing at RPI (25:44), and a fifth place effort at UMass-Dartmouth (24:58)….was Owls’ third-man at the NCAA regionals (26:05)…2008:  had three top-10 performances for the Owls last fall: UMass-Dartmouth (4th/25:14), KSC Invitational (4th/26:51), and RPI Invitational (9th/25:49)...also earned All-Alliance honors...2007: placed eighth with a season best time of 25:55 at Saratoga Invitational last year...Track:  2009-10: missed season with Achilles injury…2008-09: earned All-Alliance in the mile....top indoor times: 1,000-meters (2:31.25/Tufts) and 3,000-meters (8:44.98/Tufts)...outdoors: 1,500 (4:06.36/Trinity), 5K (15:17.85/UMass-Lowell)... 2007-08: received All-Division New England(4x800) , New England Division III, All-ECAC (mile) , and All-LEC Alliance (4x800, 800) honors during fine indoor track campaign...member of KSC record-setting 4x800 team...Outdoors, earned all LEC honors in the 800m and qualified for N.E. Division III meet in the 5,000m...Before KSC: arrives at Keene State after four-year career at Merrimack (N.H.) High ... placed 14th in the Class L Championship and 16th at the New Hampshire Meet of Champions with a time of (16:03) in the 5K ... named to Nashua Telegraph All-Star Team (indoor and outdoor) and was the Class L State Champion in the 1000m indoor ... his cross country and track teams were Class L Champions in high school ...Jeff has yet to decide on a major.
