Senior runner looking to improve his performances on the trails and track…main event on the track is the 800… will also compete in mid-distance races and run relays….looking to crack the varsity and run at regionals this fall….would like to break the 26 minute mark on the trails.

2012-13:  Cross Country:  Placed 13th (28:07) at the KSC Invitational and posted a PR time (27:02) with his 14th place finish at the LEC Championships….Indoor Track: Posted a season best 2:08.65 in the 800 and 4:46.32 in the mile at Dartmouth Invitational…Outdoor Track:  Ran a season best 2:00.69 in the 800 at LEC Championship…member of 4x800 relay that placed fourth at the LEC’s (8:43.38) and qualified for the New England Championships (8:13.21).

2011-12:  Cross Country: Placed 30th at LEC Championships (227:48)..was Owls sixth man (28:51) at Albany Invitational…Indoor Track:  Ran a 2:07.44 in the 800 at Springfield Invitational and a 4:46.08 mile at Southern Maine meet…Outdoor Track:  Clocked a time of 2:05.52 in the 800 at the UMass-Amherst Invitational.

2010-11 Cross Country:  Top freshman times included a 29:46 at the KSC Invitational and a 30:00 at the Plansky Invitational in Williamstown…Track: Indoors, ran a 1:31.98 in the 600 at the New England Alliance Championship, a 2:10.02 in the 800 at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic and a 2:59.84 in the 1,000 at the Wesleyan Invitational…Outdoors, top time in the 800 (2:04.04) was posted at the New England Alliance meet.

Before KSC:  Ran four-years of cross country and track at Belmont (N.H.) High…was fourth and fifth man on Red Raider cross country team that won State (Class M-S) State championship the past two years….team qualified for last year’s Meet of Champions…posted PR time of 17:40 at Class M-S meet…concentrated on the 800-meter race in high school…finished sixth at the state meet as a senior.

Personal:  A member of the LEC All-Academic team, Nick is a sustainable product design and innovation major.
