Keene State College

First year runner at Keene State, looking forward to increasing his mileage and improving his 5K cross country and mile time on the track…would like to get 800 time and break 4:30 in the mile…looking to remain healthy and have a good running career at KSC.

Before KSC:  Cross country career at Ashland (Mass.) High School was hampered by ankle and hip injuries…first full season came as a senior when he named team MVP and earned All-Academic honors….qualified for state indoor and outdoor track championships in the mile and the 4x400 relay….received letter of recognition from Tri-Valley League and earned rookie of the year honors from Ashland High in both winter and spring track…also received MVP honors in outdoor track the past two years….posted PR time of 4;36 in the mile….loves skiing and being outdoors…Ryan is a sustainable product and design innovation major.
