Third-year running who has his sights set on moving up on theKSC cross country ladder and improving his times on thetrack....Cross country 2008: posted season-besttime of 28:38 at New Englandchampionships...Track: will concentrate on3,000-meter, 1,500-meter, and mile races on the track...top time(9:24) in the 3K (indoors) was recorded at the LEC Championshipslast winter...Before KSC: ran one year of crosscountry and track at Westborough (Mass.) High)...a member of 1,600relay team that posted a time of 4:52 at the District E classmeet...Alex is a health, promotion, and fitness major.
