Keene State College

Four-year thrower looking to compete his Keene State career with a super senior season… will be a top competitor for the Owls in the shot put and weight throw indoors and outdoors and will add the discus to his work load during the spring season…looking to place well at the Little East and regional meets.

As a junior: Indoors:  Placed sixth in the weight throw (11.71m) at the Smith Winter Classic…Outdoors: Posted a first place finish in the discus (45.02) at the Springfield Invitational…placed second in the discus (137’-01”) at the LEC Championships.

As a sophomore:  Indoors: had a season best throw of 11.70m in the shot at the Smith Winter Classic…Outdoors: Posted a season best throw of 44.61m with his eighth place finish in the discus at the ECAC Division III Championships…won the LEC championship with a throw of 43.64-meters.

As a Freshman: Indoors:  Top shot put throw (11.27-meters) came at the Smith Winter Classic….best showing in the weight throw (10.61 meters) was posted at the Smith Winter Classic…Outdoors:  recorded top shot put mark of 11-82-meters at the UMass Invitational…placed third in the discus (41.76m) at the LEC Championships.

Before KSC:  Part of the four-time Western Mass. Champion Northampton High team…is 10th all-time in discus (136’-6”) and in indoor shot put at Northampton…also is 4^th all-time in the decathlon… World class yo-yoer who claims partial credit in the creation of the "walk the dog" technique…Angus is majoring in computer science.
