Keene State College

Fifth-year senior looking forward to his final season throwing for the Owls…poised to have a productive season competing in the shot put and weight throw events…should be a top competitor for KSC at the LEC, New England Division III and ECAC Championships.

As a junior: Finished third in the shot put (13.68m) at the LEC Championships was second in the shot (14.60m) at the LEC outdoor meet.

As a sophomore:  Top shot mark of 14.46m was posted at the ECAC Division III Indoor championship…placed eighth in the weight throw (13.18m) at the Tufts Invitational…Outdoors:  placed fourth in the shot put  (14.66m) at the George Davis Invitational.

As a freshman: placed third at the LEC indoor championship in the shot (13.97m)….finished sixth in the shot at the Fitchburg Invitational.

Before KSC:  came to Keene State after competing in the event the past four years at Longmeadow (Mass.) High School ...a 2009 Indoor Nike national competitor who set the school record with a throw of 55''-7"....track team won conference championship and placed third at the state meet...Dante is a communications major.
