Before KSC: High School All-Area, All-Conference, and All-State for three years...member of state champion and school record breaking 400 free relay...second place at Connecticut Class L championship in the 100 back and third in the 100 fly. Member of four straight YMCA National Mens team championships with the Wilton Y Wahoos...15th in the 200 back at both spring and summer nationals.
