Senior looking forward to strong final season running for theOwls....Cross Country:  2008:  posted acareer best time of 28:00 at UMass-Dartmouth Invitational lastfall...Track:  top 3K time (9:30) was postedat the Harvard Open (2008) and best 5K time (17:14) recorded at theLEC Alliance championship (2007)....Before KSC:two-year member of Trumbull (Conn.) track team...senior 4x800 relayteam won Division title...James is an economics major.
