Senior pitcher who will be battling an early season injury…looks to get healthy in order to earn time playing first base for the Owls…was named ECAC Tournament most outstanding player in 2011.

2011: Finished the season 4-5 with a 2.71 ERA in 15 appearances for the Owls…only surrendered 15 walks in 60 innings…best start of the season was her first against SUNY Geneseo (3/14) in Florida going six innings allowing zero runs and striking out eight…also pitched seven shutout innings against Rhode Island College (4/16) in a key conference victory for the Owls…also batted .350 (21-for-60) with one homerun and seven RBI’s…had her round-tripper come against Springfield College (3/29) and also added a season-high three RBI’s.

2010: Went 10-5 with a 2.82 ERA with the Owls in 19 appearances... Had her season high in strikeouts with 10 over six innings of work in a win over UMass-Boston (4/30).

2009:  Top KSC pitcher as a freshman, leading the team with a 13-3 record, 1.71 ERA, five shutouts and 93 strikeouts…season highlights included a complete game five-hitter with eight strikeouts vs. Husson (4/5)…a complete-game two hit shutout with seven strikeouts vs. Eastern Conn.  (4/26)…tossed a complete-game three-hitter vs. Plymouth State in the ECAC tournament (5/9), taking a no-hitter into the sixth inning…picked up her second win of the tournament and 13th of the campaign by scattering four hits in five innings, striking out two and walking three in the championship game vs. Brandeis (5/10)

Before KSC:  a top pitcher and hitter at Exeter (N.H.) High during her four career… named to Class L and top-10 All-State teams and received Blue Hawk award... Courtney is a biology major.
