Senior looking to overcome a series of injuries and have aproductive cross country and track season for the Owls... beginsher second season with the team looking to improve on her besttimes....main event on the track in the 5K race....placed third(20:01.15) in the event at the 2008 LEC outdoorchampionships...had a time of 3:31.80 in the 1,000-meter race atthe 2008 conference indoor meet...Before KSC: afour-year competitor at East Hampton (Conn.) High where she earnedmost improved and All-Conference in cross country as ajunior...Cara is an elementary education major.
