2014: Finished 23rd overall at the Open New England Championship with a 5k course time of 19:11.51, placed 6th (19:52.60) at the LEC/ Alliance Cross Country Championship, finished with a 23:38.7 6k run at the NCAA Division III New England Region Cross Country Championship.

2013: Ran a 20:26 at the NEICAAA New England Championship, placed 47th (23:36) at the Conn College Invitational, finished 2nd with a season best time of 18:59.1 at the LEC/ Alliance Cross Country Championship qualifying her for the NCAA Division III New England Region Cross Country Championship where she ran a 22:44 on the 6k course placing her 57th overall.

2012-13:  Cross Country:  Had a fine first season on the trails for the Owls, posting a PR time of 20:32 at the LEC Championships….was the Owls’ third-runner (24:39) at the ECAC Championships…Indoor Track:  Earned All-New England Division III honors with her fourth place finish (2:18.73) in the 800 also qualified for All-New England meet…won 800 race at the LEC Championships with a time of 2:19.87…a member of 4x400 relay that placed fourth (4:14.34)…Outdoor Track: Posted a PR time of 2:17.13 with her fist place finish in the 800 at the Springfield Invitational….top time in the 1,500 was 4:49.99 at the UMass-Amherst Invitational…placing second at the LEC Championships in the 1,500 (4:55.13)….earned All-New England Division III honors with her eighth place finish (2:17.19) in the 800 race.

Before KSC:  Came to Keene State from Arlington (N.Y.) High School where she ran four years of track and two seasons of cross country….a three-time All-League runner who started her freshman season ion the 200 and 400 before moving up to the 800…her cross country and track teams won four consecutive league titles…also played two seasons on school’s volleyball team…Dad (Don) played rugby at Cortland State and now does triathlons…younger brother (Andrew) plays soccer at Artlington High while sister (Rachael) does cross country and track…Lauren is undeclared, but plan on being a nursing major.
