2010-11: Cross Country: Raced to a season best time of 21:10 in the UMass-Dartmouthsub-varsity race…also had a time of 22:27 at KSCInvitational…Track:  Indoors, clockeda 3K time of 12;17.74 at New England Alliance meet…Outdoors,posted a season best 5K time of 20:27.05 at the UMass-AmherstInvitational…placed second in the 5K at Jim Sheehan meetwith a time of 21:14.91…top 10K time of 45:29.21 came at theAlliance championship.

2009-10: Cross Country, postedseason best time (21:02) at SaratogaInvitational…Track: indoors, clocked a timeof 2:56.52 in the 800 at the Smith Winter Classic and 3:48.70 inthe 1,000 and a 12:10.92 3k time at the TuftsInvitational…outdoors, finished the 5,000 at the SpringfieldInvitational with a time of 21:03.61…placed fourth in the 5Kat LEC meet with a time of 21:42.74…

Before KSC: Joined Keene State running programafter a four-year career at South Windsor (Conn.)High...cross country: a three-time All-Conferencerunner...posted top 5K time of 21:13 at conference championshipmeet...senior team were conferencerunners-up...track: ran the 1,600 and 3,200 forthe Bobcats....top times: 1,600 (5:53) and 3,200 (12:40).

Personal:  Lisa, who speaks French, ismajoring in elementary education/psychology..She was named to theLEC All-Acadmeic team last fall.
