Biography
Former Owl basketball who begins her second full season with the Keene State track team...will compete in shotput during the indoor season and shotput and discus in the spring season...had a season-best shotput throw of 34''-2" at Westfield State...placed seventh in the shotput (33''-05.25") and 10th in the discus (83''-03") at last year Little East outdoor championships...earned 11 varsity letters at Thornton Academy in track, basketball, and field hockey...placed third at 2007 State Class A meet in discus - 110'' feet and finished fifth at 2007 State Class A meet in shot put - but PR'' was 34'' 2...played two seasons on KSC basketball team...Melissa is majoring in secondary education/hostory.
