Sophomore runner looking to breat the 22 minute mark in the 5K cross country trail and have a healthy indoor season, competing in mid-distance races....would also like to try her hand throwing the javelin this spring.

2012-13:  Top freshman cross country performacnes included a 21:48 at the KSC Invitational and a 21:49 at the LEC Championships...missed indoor season with an injury...cam e back to post a PR time in the 800 during the spring season.

Before KSC:  A three-sport athlete at Londonderry (N.H.) High where she was a member of the school''s softball team and also ran cross country and indoor track...cross country team finished third in the Division I championship her senior season....set PR time in the 1,000 as a senior during indoor track season....was a two-year varsity member of Londonderry softball squad...Cara is majoring in elementary education with a minor in communications.

Before KSC: Attended Londonderry High School where she was also a member of the Softball team. Plans to major in education.
