2014 Women's Outdoor Track & Field Roster
Biography
Junior who will be one of the Owls top competitors in the weight throw event….has a chance to take down the school record in the event…will also compete in the discus and hammer during the sprung season…would like to place well again at the LEC Championships and qualify for the ECAC Division III meet.
As a sophomore: Had a strong sophomore season, placed fifth (13.22m) in the weight throw at the LEC Indoor Championships…Outdoors: qualified for New England-Open, New England Division III and ECAC Division III meets….placed second (37.20m) in the discus and seventh (34.68m) in the hammer at the LEC meet….won the discus (36.35m) at the Mount Holyoke Spring Fling.
As a freshman: Indoor: top performances included a 10.29m shot put mark at Springfield College and weight throw of 13.11m at the New England Division III Championships…Outdoors: finished fourth in the discus (36.12m) at the LEC Championships…top hammer mark of 33.14m also was posted at the LEC meet.
Courtney is a exercise science major.
