A former All-American standout for the Owls, Ryan Widzgowski is in his first year assisting with the KSC track & field and cross country teams.  

Widzgowski was a four-time All-American in track & field, earning the honor in the 1,500 meter run in outdoor track, as well as the mile (twice) and the 800 meter run in indoor track.  Widzgowski was a two-time LEC Runner of the Year in indoor track, as well as winning the award in outdoor track as a junior.  In cross country, Widzgowski was the 2013 Little East Conference Runner of the Year, as well as earning All-LEC honors as a sophomore, junior, and senior.
