BEVERLY, MASS. 9/14/00 – The Keene State College field hockey team improved its record to 3-1 with a 2-1 victory over Endicott College, Thursday in Beverly, Mass.

All the scoring was done in the first half. Kelly Smith (Lisbon, N.H.) gave KSC a 1-0 lead with her third goal of the season. Carrie Trudeau (Saco, Maine) extended their lead to 2-0 with her first goal of the season.

The Power Gulls made it a 2-1 game on a goal by Meaghan Braun.

Keene State outshot Endicott 24-11.

Lindsay Hamilton (Brattleboro, Vt.) made one save for KSC. Allison McMore finished with eight saves for Endicott.

Keene State will be at Fitchburg (12 p.m.) on Saturday
