LAKE WALES, FLA. 1/2/02- The Keene State College women's basketball team concluded its two-game Florida trip with a 54-45 victory over Warner Southern College in Lake Wales, Fla. on Wednesday.

Aly Araque (Hopewell Junction, N.Y.) had 15 points and Nicole Fargione (Colonie, N.Y.) finished with 11 points and nine rebounds to lead the Owls.

Keene State opened up a 27-22 lead at half-time and held off the Runnin Royals the rest of the way.

Lisa Bergenske led Warner Southern (7-6) with 10 points. Keene State (6-4) returns home to host Western CT next Tuesday at Spaulding Gym.
