'NORTH DARTMOUTH, MA. 10/27/02 - Annie Timson (Derry, N.H.) collected both of Keene State College's goals in a 2-1 Little East Conference field hockey victory over UMA-Datmouth in North Dartmouth on Sunday.

It was the third straight win for Keene State (12-6, 7-2 LEC) while UMA-Dartmouth falls to 3-13 (2-7 LEC).

The Corsairs took an early 1-0 lead five minutes into the game on a goal by Jennifer Davis.  Timson tied the scored for the Owls with a goal in the final minutes of the first half.  Kate Barnowski  (Granville, MA.) had an assist on the goal.

Timson notched the game-winner just over two minutes into the second half when she knocked in a feed from Melissa Harnch-Smith (Newburyport, MA.). It was Timson team-leading 12th goal of the season.

Amy Carroll (Brunswick, ME) had five saves for the Owls while Meaghan Apostolec turned aside 10 shots for the Corsairs.

Keene State plays a non-conference game at Endicott College on Wednesday (3 p.m.).
