'KEENE, N.H. - (10/8/02)- Keene State College women's volleyball team swept a three game Little East Conference match against Rhode Island College at Spaulding Gym on Tuesday.

The match scores were 30-20, 30-24, and 30-25.

Keene State evened its record at 5-5 (2-3 LEC) which RIC (9-10, 2-3 LEC) had its three game winning streak snapped.

Kristin Mullins (Turners Falls, MA.) led the Owls with nine kills, nine digs and two blocks.  Katie Shea (Turners Falls, MA.) added 10 kills and two service aces and setter Adrienne Deschnow (Meriden, CT) finished with 26 assists, 16 digs and three aces.

Stacy Archambault (Woonsocket, R.I.) led the Anchorwomen with 12 kills, and five blocks and setter Mia Shaffer (Johnston, R.I.) had 16 assists.

Keene State will be at the Springfield College Tournament on Saturday (9 a.m.).
