'TROY, N.Y.  9/17/02- Sondra Sherman's goal with 1:35 to play in overtime lifted RPI to a 3-2 victory over the Keene State College field hockey team in Troy, N.Y. on Tuesday. KSC entered the game ranked 19th in the latest NFHCA poll.

The two teams traded goals in the first two periods.  Annie Timson's (Derry, N.H.) third goal of the season knotted the score at 1-1, and Kaitlyn Henley (Somers, N.Y.) gave KSC a 2-1 lead in the second half.

Katie Coleman sent the game into overtime when she scored with five minutes to play in regulation leading to Sherman's winning tally.

Amy Carroll (Brunswick, ME) had another strong game in goal for KSC with 18 saves while Cathy Hotchkiss made eights saves for the Engineers.

KSC (2-2) returns home to host Trinity College on Thursday (6 p.m.).
