KEENE, N.H. 11/23/04- Keene State rolled to a 84-37 victory over Mass. College of Liberal Arts in a non-conference women's basketball game played Tuesday night at Spaulding Gym.
Bri Barnes (Merrimack, N.H.) had 12 points to lead the Owls (3-0). Mary Crawford Mount Holly, Vt.) finished with 11 points and Danielle Gravely (Schenectady, N.Y.) added 10 points and tied Katy Emmons (Boxboro, Mass.) with a team-high seven rebounds.
All but one player on Keene State's roster scored at least one point in the game.
The outcome was never in doubt as KSC raced out to a 15-2 lead less than six minutes into the game. The Owls held a 46-14 halftime lead.
Catherine Saad (Brockton, Mass.) had a game-high 18 points for MCLA (0-3).
KSC has won all eight meetings between the two teams.
Keene State hosts Amherst College on Dec. 1 ( 7 p.m.).
